Human Resources Specialist

Reports to: Human Resources Manager
This position is on-site: hybrid schedule with 4 days in the NYC office
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment and/or high volume industry.
- 1-3 years of experience handling employee relations cases
- Extremely detail oriented- no detail is missed!
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Strong excel skills
- Exercises discretionary skills
- A problem solver! No problem is too big.
- Superior communication skills with stakeholders of all levels.
- Previous experience working in hospitality or retail industry preferred.
