Companions and Homemakers is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for caregiver positions across New Hampshire and Maine, leveraging AI chatbots and digital scheduling to accelerate time-to-hire. You will partner with leadership, manage high-volume pipelines, conduct virtual interviews via Teams, ensure compliance, and support onboarding from sourcing to I-9 and background checks.
