We turn structured and unstructured clinical trial data into decision‑grade intelligence used in high‑stakes pharma decisions. Position Applied AI Engineer. Our office is in Downtown SF, in the Financial District. Role Overview Not a traditional AI, software, or customer‑facing role—it's a blend of ML Engineer, Full Stack Engineer, & Forward Deployed Engineer. You’ll move between data, models, product, and customers, building pipelines, improving models, and working directly with pharma decision‑makers. Responsibilities Acquire, structure, label, and curate clinical trial data Build databases, data pipelines, machine learning models, and AI agents Develop product features end‑to‑end, from backend systems to user interface Work directly with pharma customers to understand workflows, gather feedback, and deploy solutions Ship improvements rapidly and see the impact of your work on patient lives through better medicines and better decisions in drug development Qualifications We are looking for builders who have already built and deployed real‑world systems. We care far more about shipped systems than research papers. Strong engineering rigor, extreme ownership, high agency, and fast execution. People who think from first principles, move quickly, and want to help build a company from the ground up.
