Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active SLP license for Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Strong commitment to student-centered services
• Ability to work effectively onsite in a team-oriented educational setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services according to IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
