You will play a key role in managing the HR function's day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all processes. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the HR department, including HR administration, payroll processing, and benefits management. Develop, implement, and maintain efficient HR policies, procedures, and systems. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and employee data. Manage the employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience. Maintain HR information systems (HRIS) and ensure data integrity. Oversee compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. Manage relationships with external HR vendors and service providers. Develop and implement strategies to improve HR operational efficiency and effectiveness. Provide support and guidance to HR team members. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and employee services. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role. Proven experience in payroll processing and benefits administration. Strong knowledge of South African labour law and HR best practices. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
