Job Details High Earning Potential under a Productivity Comp Model with Valley Anesthesia at HonorHealth JCL North Mountain in Phoenix, AZ. $100K Start Date Bonus and Longevity Bonus. Unit based Productivity model with an attractive fixed $/unit value plus shift stipend. Annual earning potential $700,000+. W2 Full‑Time opportunity. Practice expenses paid. Responsibilities Work with Valley's Northwest Division‑JCL Team. Perform anesthesia cases including general, ENT, endo, ortho, neuro, urology, vascular, plastics, GYN. Assist at Accredited Chest Pain Center & Primary Stroke Center, handling an annual surgical volume of approximately 12,000–13,000 cases per year. Collaborate closely with anesthesia team covering Honor Health Deer Valley. Cross‑cover at other Honor Health locations within exclusive contract: Deer Valley, Sonoran, Thompson Peak, Shea, and Osborn. Qualifications Physicians must be ABA Board Certified or certified within 6 years of training. Location John C.
