About the Role As a Professional Surveyor/Principal with Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in our Cincinnati, OH office, you'll work alongside Senior Managers and Executives to grow and support an established survey practice. You'll oversee a wide range of project types including Existing Conditions and Topographic Surveys, Boundary and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Utility and Route Surveys, Subdivisions and Statutory Plats, Construction layout and As-Built Surveys. This leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about mentoring, team development, and operational excellence, while also contributing to business development efforts. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of surveyors and technicians, fostering professional growth and a collaborative culture. Oversee project quality and safety standards, ensuring accurate deliverables and efficient work-flows. Recruit and develop top talent to strengthen the practice and support long-term growth. Collaborate with the current survey leadership team and other managers to identify new opportunities and expand services.
