You'll manage everything from month-end close and payroll to financial reporting and compliance while developing a high-performing Billing and Authorization team If you're someone who enjoys improving processes, solving problems, and turning financial data into business decisions, you'll thrive here Estimated Total Compensation : Competitive compensation package based on experience, with opportunities for growth as the organization continues to expand What Success Looks Like Own the Financial Operation Lead month-end close, account reconciliations, payroll, banking, and financial reporting Maintain accurate financial records and strong internal controls Deliver timely, reliable financial information that supports business decisions . Improve Business Performance Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen financial performance Develop systems and processes that allow the organization to scale .Lead the Revenue Cycle Coach and develop the Billing Specialist and Authorization Specialist Improve collections, reimbursement performance, and revenue cycle efficiency Monitor KPIs and proactively solve issues before they impact the business Ensure Compliance Manage tax filings, payroll compliance, annual filings, and financial reporting requirements Maintain compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state, and healthcare regulations Support audits and strengthen internal financial controls Who Thrives Here This role is ideal for someone who thinks beyond debits and credits You enjoy building better systems, leading people, and solving business problems—not just recording transactions.
