Fiscal Assistant Senior

Position Title Fiscal Assistant Senior Location Las Cruces Job Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for the review and entry of NMSU disbursement transaction information. The review includes system transactions entered by NMSU customers and review of payment request forms (Direct Pays, Payment Requests, Travel and Expense Reports, Travel Advances and other related forms). May require problem solving or reconciliation of accounts. Review and resolve exceptions generated in the Administrative systems. Provide support for researching issues, problem resolution and working with customers to complete corrections. Qualifications Required Education and Experience: High School diploma + 3 years of relevant experience or an Associate's Degree + 1 year of relevant experience. Working Conditions and Physical Effort Environment: Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment. Physical Effort: No or very limited physical effort required. Lifting Requirements: Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 10 pounds or some standing or walking. Risk: No or very limited exposure to physical risk. #J-18808-Ljbffr
