Restaurant Manager

Job Description

Do you want to work for a fun, fast paced and growing restaurant brand? 110 Grill Southington is seeking Restaurant Managers to join our team! You will be responsible for providing guests with a memorable dining experience by adhering to our Core Values of Consistency, Collaboration, Respect, Integrity and Excellence/Success.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate up to 50 team members.
Oversee guest experience and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation.
Train and manage front of house personnel.
Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs.
Adhere to all policies and procedures for 110 Grill.

Qualifications:

Previous experience working in hospitality.
Strong leadership qualities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
