Senior Corporate Accountant

Carolina PRG is partnering with a growing, multi-million-dollar private equity-backed company seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant to join its growing accounting team. This position will support the monthly close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and ongoing process improvements within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close schedules. Assist with consolidated financial statements and management reporting. Analyze account activity and investigate financial variances. Support external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls. Help improve accounting processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency. Partner with business leaders and other departments on accounting-related matters. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Three or more years of relevant accounting experience. Strong understanding of GAAP and the month-end close process. Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems. Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
