For additional information, visit us at Job Description Work Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid) Fluent Spanish and English Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent (preferred) Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) are highly desirable Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst Hands-on experience with system integration projects and data migration initiatives Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) Strong understanding of database concepts, SQL queries, and data analysis Experience with requirements management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.) Familiarity with API technologies, web services, and integration patterns Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Proven stakeholder management and negotiation skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Collaborative team player with cross-functional experience Prior experience working with offshore development teams Mandatory Skills: Business Analysis. Experience: 3-5 Years. The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $110,000 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
