Sr Business Analyst Fully RemoteSomeone resigned earlier this month but will be replacing him with a contractor (6mo to perm) Conversion salary: 110-118k… can stretch to 120k for rockstarThey are non-IT—not looking for a technical resource. He needs someone who is connected to all of that (from the business side) and can elicit the requirements from the business, assess current state, ask (a lot) of why's, determine success measurementsWant someone who is BA as a profession—not BA as a mentality. Doesn't want someone who wants to be wearing multiple hats—this is a dedicated BA. They should know the measurements of beginning details (money spent, headcount, etc), and then the after (the deliverables, saving, financial saving, compliance risk that got resolved). Need to see a well-written resume—this should shine through because a BA's main role is "writing". Strategic resource operations—help with timelines, resource allocations, etc for the projects. This team is interfacing HEAVILY with the business. Some Product Owners may be able to do this but still needs to be a dedicated BA. Industry experience is a plus (not required).
