About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP of Operations to spearhead the development of operational excellence within its residential home services platform. The successful candidate will be tasked with creating and implementing a robust, trainable, and scalable operating model to ensure consistency and strengthen the business's operational foundation. This senior leadership role is pivotal in the company's transition to a more integrated and professionally run operating system, with a focus on multi-location and multi-site leadership, and a strong emphasis on driving operational consistency across distributed locations. The role is not for the faint-hearted; it requires a hands-on, strategic, and process-driven individual with the ability to influence senior operators and a commitment to long-term growth. The ideal candidate will have a background in senior operational leadership within residential HVAC or broader home services, with a proven track record in building and improving operational playbooks, and experience in scaling through acquisitions.
