About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations for its multi-site senior living portfolio. This senior executive leader will be responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and resident experience across the communities. The role involves providing strategic oversight to Executive Directors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care, and achieving growth, profitability, and operational consistency. The ideal candidate will be passionate about senior care, possess strong financial acumen, and have the ability to coach, train, and develop leaders. Key responsibilities include strategic and operational leadership, financial performance and growth, leadership development, and talent management, as well as clinical, regulatory, and compliance oversight. Candidates for the Vice President of Operations position should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a preference for healthcare administration or business, and at least 7 years of progressive leadership experience in senior living or multi-site healthcare operations. The role requires a proven track record in managing multi-state portfolios, driving operational improvements, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader, skilled in developing and building accountable teams, and will demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills. The position also demands the ability to travel regularly and a deep understanding of the senior living industry, including assisted living and memory care.
