Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) with skilled nursing supervisory experience are invited to join our team. LVN Responsibilities Maintain appropriate nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practice consistent with licensure requirements and the Nurse Practice Act. Evaluate staffing patterns needed to meet residents’ needs in conjunction with the Director of Nursing. Administer medication/treatments as prescribed. Receive, transcribe, and implement physician’s orders. Implement and evaluate care plans. Identify and secure equipment supplies. Direct and oversee subordinates. Participate in duty assignments. Organize and coordinate subordinates, job tasks, and time allotments. Oversee and monitor the function and activities of subordinate staff. Evaluate staff performance and institute appropriate discipline or training. Monitor infection control compliance. Investigate and document accidents/incidents. Other duties as assigned. LVN Requirements Current, valid licensure as an LVN. Experience in long‑term healthcare preferred. Management/supervisory experience required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal skills.
