Registered Nurse LTAC

$2513.28/week -

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer medications and treatments accurately following physicians' orders and safety protocols.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient conditions, including vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and medication responses.
  
  
• 
  Float within scope to meet staffing needs across different units within the facility.
  
  
• 
  Complete required certification tests, including arrhythmia and medication competency assessments on the first day.
  
  
• 
  Document patient care activities thoroughly and maintain compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Active RN license or pending license with approval to start within 24 hours.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 1 to 2 years of recent LTAC or relevant acute care RN experience.
  
  
• 
  Certification in BLS, ACLS, and NIH required; previous EPIC experience preferred.
  
  
• 
  Ability to pass arrhythmia and medication tests at orientation.
  
  
• 
  Capable of working 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM 7:00 AM).
  
  
• 
  Must be willing to work holidays, on-call shifts, and float within scope.
