Teen Program Specialist – Sedro-Woolley Club$22.50 - $23.87 DOE/DOQ | Approximately 25-29 hours/weekThe teenage years are full of possibilities, and having the right person in their corner can make all the difference.Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County is looking for a Teen Program Specialist who knows how to meet teens where they are, build genuine connections, and create experiences that keep them coming back. From sports and gaming to leadership, recreation, and career exploration, you'll turn everyday activities into opportunities for teens to learn, grow, and discover what they're capable of.In this role, you'll help strengthen a teen program where young people feel like they belong. You might organize a tournament, lead a new activity, coordinate a service project, help someone prepare a resume, or simply make time for a conversation that matters. Along the way, you'll encourage teens to try new things, develop leadership skills, build healthy relationships, and prepare for what's ahead.We're looking for someone who understands that strong programs start with strong relationships. You're approachable, dependable, and comfortable balancing fun with clear expectations and positive boundaries.
