Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking General Production Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute to a company that values sustainability and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing facility with production and warehouse areas
- Exposure to noise and dust.
- Physical work: standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and moving materials
- Fast-paced, hands-on tasks with machinery and sorting
- Assist in the daily operation of production lines and equipment
- Sort, inspect, and prepare materials for processing
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
- Support team members and supervisors as needed
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure product standards
Previous experience in a production or warehouse setting is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
