Accounting Manager

What You'll Do As the Accounting Manager, you\'ll play a key role in overseeing core accounting operations and supporting the month-end close process while ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance across U.S. and international operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting Prepare payroll journal entries, expense accruals, and cash flow reporting Record and reconcile financial activity for international offices Analyze financial results to ensure accuracy and completeness Prepare quarterly financial statements and executive financial reporting Support the Director of Accounting and Controller with special projects Coordinate U.S. and international audit activities and work directly with external auditors Assist with foreign statutory reporting and tax compliance Support internal controls testing and compliance initiatives Lead, mentor, and develop members of the accounting team Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes through automation and efficiency Participate in ERP system enhancements, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data validation, and post-implementation support What We're Looking For Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting CPA preferred 8–10+ years of progressive accounting experience Public accounting or audit experience is highly preferred Experience supporting both U.S. and international audits Knowledge of foreign statutory reporting and tax compliance is a plus Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Qlik Experience with ERP systems (FSM experience is a plus) Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why You'll Want to Consider This Opportunity Competitive compensation: $140,000–$150,000 base salary + 15% annual bonus Stable and financially established global organization High-impact leadership position with visibility across the business Exposure to both domestic and international accounting operations Opportunity to lead process improvements and ERP initiatives Collaborative leadership team that values innovation and continuous improvement Paid time off and company holidays Career growth and advancement opportunities within a global organization If you\'re an accounting professional looking for your next leadership opportunity where you can influence financial operations, lead a team, and drive process improvements, we\'d love to speak with you. #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Placers
