Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients across the Southeast, handling acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, financing, and complex commercial real estate matters. What You'll Do Support commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing. Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, financing documents, and related transaction documents. Work directly with clients and play a meaningful role in managing deals and client relationships. Collaborate with experienced attorneys across real estate, corporate, banking, and tax practices. Qualifications 4+ years of commercial real estate experience. Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-management skills. A practical, business-minded approach to serving clients.
