Litigation Attorney (Property Tax / Insurance Defense)

Commercial Property Tax Litigation Attorney ($175,000–$180,000 + 15% Bonus) Atlanta, GA | Hybrid | 3–5 Years Experience Join a highly regarded law firm specializing in commercial property tax litigation . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigation attorney with an insurance defense background who wants to develop expertise in a specialized practice area. Mandatory Requirements 3–5 years of litigation experience Active Georgia (GA), South Carolina (SC), and North Carolina (NC) bar licenses Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and litigation skills Ability to manage cases and work effectively with clients and opposing counsel Key Responsibilities Handle commercial property tax litigation matters from inception through resolution. Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research, case analysis, hearings, negotiations, and litigation strategy. Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other parties. Receive mentorship and training while developing expertise in property tax litigation.
