Regularly collects and disposes of all food related and recyclable waste/trash. Performs warewashing duties per safety guidelines. Can include but is not limited to: dishmachine and three compartment pot sink. Cleans and maintains carts and kitchen equipment, using proper techniques and cleaning solutions.
