May transport carts, deliver meal trays, or pick up meal trays from assigned areas. Cleans and maintains carts and kitchen equipment, using proper techniques and cleaning solutions. Performs warewashing duties per safety guidelines. Can include but is not limited to: dishmachine and three compartment pot sink.
