Can include but is not limited to: dishmachine and three compartment pot sink. Regularly collects and disposes of all food related and recyclable waste/trash. May transport carts, deliver meal trays, or pick up meal trays from assigned areas. Complies with internal policies and procedures, as well as, regulatory requirements/standards regarding kitchen safety and sanitation.
