Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Wilmington, DE
Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an over-the-road opportunity that offers weekly home time with minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes across the Northeast with excellent equipment and competitive compensation. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving while adhering to a consistent schedule that gets you home every week.
Home Time:
- Home weekly for a 34-hour reset.
- Our OTR routes are crafted to deliver steady miles, allowing you to maintain quality time with family and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort.
- You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Mostly dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. Minimal physical effort allows you to focus on driving and optimize your efficiency.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings range from $1,000 to $1,450 weekly based on mileage and performance.
- Additional compensation includes detention pay as per customer policies, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
Running Area:
- Covering Northeast regional routes from Maine to Virginia. All tolls are paid through EZ Pass and toll cards.
