Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Chester, PA
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR position that provides weekly home time with minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes across the Northeast, complete with top-notch equipment and competitive pay. Experience the thrill of over-the-road driving while enjoying a consistent schedule that allows you to return home every week.
Home Time:
- Home weekly for a 34-hour reset, ensuring you have time for family and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home when safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily handling dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This allows you to focus on driving with minimal physical effort.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings of $1,150 per week based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay per customer policy, layover pay at $12/hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
Running Area:
- Covering routes in Pennsylvania, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

- Medical, dental, and vision insurance starting the first of the month after 60 days of employment. $20,000 company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
