Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs In Chester, PA
Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an exciting OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes with remarkable mileage potential and performance bonuses. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving with our well-maintained fleet and consistent earning opportunities.
Home Time:
- Typically out 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on location and freight.
- We strive for weekly home time, but 2-week periods may occur.
- Schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.
Equipment:
- Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks, no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
- All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
- Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.
No Touch Freight:
- All dry van loads involve 70% drop and hook operations, reducing dock waiting time.
- 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.
Pay and Miles:
- Average weekly earnings of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly.
- Base pay rate from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.
Running Area:
- Primarily east of I-35, with potential for 3,000 miles per week for dedicated drivers.
- Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.
