Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Claymont, DE
Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR opportunity that guarantees weekly home time with minimal physical requirements? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes across the Northeast with exceptional equipment and competitive compensation. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving while adhering to a consistent schedule that ensures you’re home each week.
Home Time:
- Enjoy being home every week for a 34-hour reset, allowing you to maintain a regular connection with family and personal obligations.
Equipment:
- Drive late-model trucks such as International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworths, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for optimal comfort. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home if safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Work primarily with dry van freight featuring 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, minimizing physical demands and letting you focus on driving efficiently.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings of $1,150 per week are based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policy, layover pay of $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
Running Area:
- Our routes cover Pennsylvania, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island, with all tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

- Medical, dental, and vision insurance will be available starting on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Enjoy $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is accessible after 30 days with age restrictions.
