Dry Van Company Driver W2 - New Castle, DE
Are you a CDL-A driver in search of a fulfilling OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? Join American Trucking Group, where we provide dry van routes with excellent mileage potential and performance bonuses. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving with reliable equipment and consistent earning opportunities.
Home Time:
- Typically out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight.
- We strive for weekly home time, but 2-week stretches may occur.
- Schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.
Equipment:
- Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
- All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
- Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secured parking responsibility.
No Touch Freight:
- All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times.
- Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly, depending on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles each week.
- Base rate of .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.
Running Area:
- Primarily east of I-35, with the potential for dedicated drivers to achieve 3,000 miles per week.
- Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning opportunities.
Benefits:
