Position Summary

We're looking for a highly technical, AI-enabled Digital Marketing Specialist who combines creative marketing expertise with hands-on digital execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building - not just planning - marketing campaigns. You'll create landing pages, design digital experiences, build marketing automation, and leverage AI tools to accelerate development and content creation - continuously optimizing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working in HubSpot, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, AI platforms, and WordPress. They are naturally curious, embrace emerging technologies, and enjoy finding faster, smarter ways to execute high-quality marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across email, web, social, paid media, and events.
• Design and build high-converting landing pages and digital experiences using HubSpot, Figma, HTML/CSS, or Unbounce.
• Create and manage sophisticated HubSpot marketing automation, workflows, lead nurturing campaigns, audience segmentation, and CRM lifecycle programs.
• Use AI-powered tools (such as Manus, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) to accelerate content creation, design, campaign development, research, and workflow automation.
• Build, test, and optimize marketing experiences using A/B testing, heatmaps, analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Leadership to launch integrated marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, dashboards, and reporting tools, then recommend data-driven improvements.
• Maintain marketing documentation, project plans, and sprint management using Jira and Confluence.
• Stay current on emerging AI, marketing technology, and digital experience trends, continuously introducing new ideas and efficiencies.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, marketing operations, or demand generation within a SaaS or technology company.
• Advanced experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including workflows, automation, lead scoring, CRM management, landing pages, forms, reporting, and email marketing.
• Experience designing digital experiences in Figma and building responsive landing pages.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS with the ability to troubleshoot, customize, and optimize landing pages and email templates.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, automate workflows, generate content, create visuals, analyze data, and streamline marketing execution.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and optimizing conversion rates.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
