Pediatric School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Del Valle, Texas

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Experience working in school settings with K-12 populations
• Background in pediatric speech-language pathology
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms is a plus
• SLPA supervision and collaboration welcome
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Passion for enhancing students' communication and language development

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to K-12 students, both individually and in group settings
• Implement customized treatment plans based on individual needs and IEPs
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
• Supervise and support Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), as applicable
• Maintain accurate progress documentation and update goals as needed
• Engage in teletherapy sessions as part of a blended service delivery model
