Sales and Training Specialist

Job Overview The OtterBox Sales & Training Specialist will be the face of the brand on the sales floor, energizing retail teams, wowing customers with hands‑on demos, and driving sales at the biggest retailers in the country. The role builds relationships with retail stores, becoming the product expert that retail teams rely on. Responsibilities Deliver live demos and customer conversations that convert browsers into buyers. Provide high‑energy training that equips retail associates to recommend OtterBox. Ensure product samples are in the right hands to spark interest and drive sales conversion. Build trusted relationships with store associates and managers, turning them into OtterBox advocates. Own sales numbers, drive performance and grow OtterBox market share across the territory. Keep branding retail‑ready through light merchandising: refresh packaging, update pricing stickers, maintain displays, and flag any on‑shelf issues. Qualifications Proven ability to influence purchase decisions and generate sales results. Enthusiasm for technology and consumer electronics. 3+ years of sales and/or retail experience (wireless retail experience is a plus). Polished, engaging presence and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to translate product benefits into customer‑friendly language. Self‑motivation and organizational skills to manage a multi‑store territory independently. Full‑time access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license. Compensation & Perks Competitive hourly rate, paid weekly. 15% performance incentive bonus.
