Project Accountant

Blueprint Hires

A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Project Accountant to help them provide exceptional accounting support to their project team at their Charlotte, NC office.

Your Day Includes

Reviewing budgets, staffing, work plans, and fee structures
Providing timely financial reports, budgets, and project forecasts to project managers and clients
Preparing pre-billing reports for project managers' review
Issuing invoices, purchase orders, and processing bills for consultants, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and manage general ledgers, journal entries, and account reconciliations
Ensuring steady cash flow by generating, auditing, and sending invoices promptly
Updating contracts based on client requirements and reporting associated budget amendments

Must Haves

Bachelor's Degree in accounting or similar field
Proficiency in DelTek Vision
2-5 years of experience as a project accountant or similar role
