Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on the unique psychological, emotional, and social needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques to promote client well-being, including solution-focused therapy and cognitive behavioral approaches.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records compliant with regulatory standards to ensure the highest level of care and documentation integrity.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary treatment team, which may consist of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, to provide holistic and comprehensive care to clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment options, and coping strategies to empower them on their journeys.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
