Randall Rubeis Farmers Insurance Agency | The Woodlands, TX
Randall Rubeis - Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Service Representative to join our growing team. This position combines exceptional customer service with insurance sales opportunities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys helping people while earning rewards for their performance.

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service to existing clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Review client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Generate new business through referrals, cross-selling, account rounding, and lead follow-up
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within the agency's existing client base
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and coverage reviews
- Build long-term relationships that promote client retention and agency growth
- Meet or exceed individual sales and production goals

Requirements:
- Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Ability to confidently recommend products and ask for the sale
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
