Graduate Nurse

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state or a multi‑state RN license through the Nurse Licensure Compact. Or a current Temporary or Graduate RN permit required by the state board. Obtain Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire date. State‑Specific License Requirements MD: No temporary permit issued; document recent graduation and obtain a permanent RN license within 90 days. OH: No temporary permit issued; Ohio nurses must be licensed. PA: Current Temporary RN Permit; obtain permanent license before permit expiration. WV: Current Graduate RN Permit; obtain permanent license before permit expiration. NOTE Temporary permits are valid only within the state of issuance and are not multi‑state licenses. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Minimize manual lifting; safe patient handling recommended at ≤35 lbs. Utilize lift equipment or aids as indicated. Heavy or hard work: Regular strength, stamina, lifting, moving, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, and carrying of materials and equipment that weigh 40+ lbs.
