About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) to serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor. This role is pivotal in advancing the organization's highest priorities, aligning leaders, and enabling informed decision-making to support business outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional strategic initiatives, driving alignment and accountability across the CIO Leadership Team, and representing the CIO in various engagements. Key responsibilities include developing executive presentations, strategic communications, and optimizing the CIO's operating rhythm. The Chief of Staff will also be expected to anticipate priorities, navigate ambiguity, and provide objective perspectives to the CIO. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 10 years' of progressive leadership in strategy, consulting, program management, business operations, or a related discipline. The role requires a candidate with a strong technology business acumen, executive maturity, and exceptional relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of influencing without direct authority, operating in highly confidential environments, and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. Experience in supporting C-suite executives in a global organization and a demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives are essential. The role demands a high level of integrity, discretion, and the ability to operate independently with limited direction.
