Physical Therapist (PT)

Description This full-time, on-site position is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the rehabilitation and recovery of our patients within the Medical Practice industry. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, developing tailored treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation Stay updated with the latest practices and advancements in physical therapy Requirements Qualifications

• A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.
• Possession of a valid Physical Therapist License in the state of Oklahoma is mandatory.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required or the ability to obtain such certification within 30 days of employment.
• The candidate must demonstrate the capability to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Strong critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to operate with minimal supervision are essential.
