We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our healthcare team in Ada, OK. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop customized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality therapy services to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance functional independence.
Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' physical conditions, mobility, and functional limitations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and families on recovery and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and patient safety protocols

Must-Have Qualifications

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Physical Therapist License in the state of Oklahoma
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action

Nice-To-Have Qualifications

Strong critical thinking skills and decisive judgment
Ability to work with minimal supervision

Education & Certification

Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent required)
Active Oklahoma PT License
BLS Certification (required or within 30 days of hire)
