In this full-time, on-site role, you will evaluate and treat patients with complex neurological conditions and traumatic/acquired brain injuries, creating evidence-based, individualized plans of care. You’ll deliver intensive gait, balance, and functional mobility training while collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and rehab professionals to optimize outcomes and safe discharge plans. Responsibilities include thorough documentation, patient and family education, participation in team conferences, and contribution to quality initiatives.
