Infrastructure Engineer

Job Title

Manage software update points, automatic deployment rules, collections, deployment packages, and maintenance windows.

Execute, monitor, and troubleshoot monthly patch deployments for servers and workstations.

Resolve deployment failures, client health issues, and compliance-related problems.

Support deployment rings, rollback activities, and operational validation.

Assist with modernization efforts, including migration of legacy automation workflows.

Collaborate with automation, security, infrastructure, and application teams to improve operational efficiency.

Support incident, problem, change, and request management processes.

Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and configuration standards.

Participate in vulnerability remediation initiatives and ensure compliance with enterprise SLAs.

Provide after-hours support and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
