Job Description We’re building the next generation of marketing personalization — working with a platform designed to ensure the right content reaches the right customer at the right moment. This role sits at the center of that vision. You will work at the intersection of marketing strategy, experimentation, and advanced analytics, helping shape how the platform learns, optimizes, and drives measurable business impact. Responsibilities Design high-impact experimentation strategies Own outcome design for programs onboarded onto the platform Ensure experiments are structured to maximize learning and business impact Define optimal audience strategies aligned with campaign and business objectives Partner with client’s marketing teams to develop differentiated creative strategies that drive engagement Build best‑in‑class measurement frameworks Develop and own performance measurement frameworks for programs running on the platform Deliver clear reporting, deep insights, and actionable learning from experimentation results Translate complex data into clear performance narratives for stakeholders Tell the value story of personalization Continuously craft and deliver the narrative around the platform’s value and impact Communicate insights that influence marketing strategy and investment decisions Help evangelize the role of data‑driven personalization across teams Collaborate with Data Science to drive optimization Partner closely with the Data Science team to co‑develop and refine optimization models Help translate business objectives into modeling and experimentation opportunities Contribute to the evolution of the platform’s learning and decisioning capabilities Turn customer insights into action Analyze customer behavior and engagement signals generated by the platform Identify patterns and opportunities that inform marketing strategies Drive actionable recommendations that improve customer experience and performance Desired Skills & Expertise A self‑starter who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building new capabilities from the ground up Someone who is energized by working at the intersection of data, experimentation, and marketing strategy A strong storyteller who can translate analytics into compelling business narratives A collaborative partner who enjoys working closely with marketing, product, and data science teams Someone excited about shaping how personalization evolves at scale Benefits Competitive benefits, including a range of financial, health and lifestyle benefits to choose from Flexible working options, including home working, flexible hours and part‑time options, depending on the role requirements – please ask!
