Senior Manager, Data, Data Science & Artificial Intelligence- Immunology Real World Evidence

Senior Manager leading data science and real-world evidence strategies for Johnson & Johnson's Immunology research and development programs. The role involves applying advanced methodologies to generate insights that inform clinical development and scientific decision-making across multiple therapeutic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Execute real-world evidence and data science plans aligned with Immunology research and development objectives
• Lead evidence generation workstreams for clinical development, including gap identification, patient characterization, endpoint exploration, and comparative effectiveness studies
• Apply statistical and data science methodologies to real-world data sources addressing scientific and development questions
• Provide technical expertise and methodological recommendations to cross-functional teams and governance forums
• Conduct end-to-end project activities from data validation through results documentation and stakeholder management

Requirements

• PhD, PharmD, MD, or advanced degree in statistics, bioinformatics, epidemiology, computational biology, or data science
• Demonstrated experience applying data science or real-world evidence methods in pharmaceutical R&D or healthcare analytics
• Proven ability to work effectively within matrixed, cross-functional teams
• Experience with real-world data sources including electronic health records, claims data, or registries
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience supporting Immunology or related therapeutic area programs (preferred)
