Registered Nurse, Med Surg/Tele – Saint Louis, Missouri. This travel assignment begins 07/27/2026 for several weeks on a 3x12 Night shift in an acute care hospital unit focused on Medical‑Surgical and Oncology care. The 28‑bed CHNE 4 Medical‑Oncology unit includes 2 Comfort Care Suites. Weekly pay ranges from $2,096 to $2,178 with guaranteed hours of 36 per week.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for adult medical, surgical, and oncology patients, with telemetry monitoring
- Administer chemotherapy monitoring and administration, assess for adverse effects, and ensure safety protocols
- Manage IV therapy, ports access, PCA, and routine medication administration
- Monitor patient status, interpret dysrhythmias, respond to changes, and participate in rapid response or codes as needed
- Document in EPIC and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Apply isolation precautions and PPE, maintain infection control practices, and support patient and family education

Requirements
- Active Missouri RN license (or eligible for licensure); pending license accepted
- Minimum 2 years RN experience
- Certifications: BCLS (Basic Life Support), NIHSS, Fire safety training; ACLS may be required for certain locations—verify per assignment
- EPIC experience required
- Oncology-related experience (chemotherapy monitoring/administration) and telemetry skills
- Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs; capacity to work in an acute care Medical‑Surgical/Oncology setting
- Education: Nursing degree; licensure as an RN

Compliance notes
- COVID-19 vaccine not required; Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)
- Local radius restriction: No local candidates accepted within 75 miles of the assignment location
- RTO: Maximum 7 days (7+ days requires manager approval); no RTO during the first week
- Pre-start modules/labs to be completed within policy timelines
