Registered Nurse – Med Surg/Tele | Saint Louis, MO, United States | Start 07/27/2026 | several weeks | $2,135–$2,200 per week | 3x12 Nights | Travel -Temporary Assignment in an acute care hospital setting. This role focuses on adult medical-surgical and oncology care with telemetry capability and requires EPIC charting.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care for adults on a medical-surgical and oncology unit, including telemetry monitoring
- Administer medications, monitor chemotherapy-related effects, and manage IVs, ports, PCA as applicable
- Monitor patient status, interpret telemetry, respond to clinical changes, and escalate as needed
- Uphold isolation precautions, PPE use, and infection control practices in line with unit policy
- Document care in the EPIC electronic charting system and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
- Coordinate with unit secretary and other staff to ensure patient flow and safety

Requirements
- Active RN license in Missouri (pending license accepted)
- Minimum 2 years RN experience
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), NIHSS, Fire safety training; ACLS may be required for certain locations—verify per assignment
- EPIC experience required
- Ability to work on a medical-surgical oncology telemetry unit and float within scope to meet facility needs
- Weekend requirement: 2 shifts every other weekend (Sat/Sun for days; Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun for nights, depending on rotation)
- No local candidates within a 75-mile radius eligible to apply
- Pre-start modules and labs required and must be completed within facility timelines
- Orientation: 38 hours
- RTO policy: Maximum 7 days; 7+ days require manager approval; no RTO during the first week of assignment
- Vaccination compliance: COVID-19 vaccine not required; flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)
