Facility Maintenance ManagerDevelopment of policies and procedures to effectively carry out safety, facility maintenance and performance, training and quality assurance programsOverall responsibility for facility-related preventative and unscheduled maintenance processesEnsuring that all required reports are delivered on timeImplementation of continuous improvement initiativesCompliance with the ISO-9001 quality program for facility maintenanceResponsible for the day-to-day oversight, management and leadership of the Crossroads maintenance facilities, always ensuring safety, coordinating periodic planned maintenance of the facility and coordinating all sub-contractors' activities performed in support of facility maintenanceResponsible for FRA compliance at each VRE Yard, documents, records and reportingAssists to ensure that customer service issues related to facility defects are resolved in a prompt, professional mannerEnsures timely communication of accurate information to senior management of other departments necessary to plan daily and long-term commuter operationsEnsures consistent delivery of high-quality service that meets or exceeds passenger expectationsMaintaining a safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and FRA regulations#CB INDHPPreferred Education: High School or better.Preferred Licenses & Certifications: HVAC, ForkliftEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
