Job Description

The Customer Support Representative is responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of Kalustyan Corporation and its subsidiaries. Their duties include answering phone calls or emails from customers to answer questions, participating in meetings with the customer service team to discover new communication tactics and maintaining expert knowledge about company products or services to best help customers.

The Customer Support Representatives duty is to support customers. This main responsibility covers lots of duties, such as:

• Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
• Following up with clients or customers to check that theyre still satisfied with any purchases
• Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services
• Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a clients or customers questions
• Escalating queries and concerns
• Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
• Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions

Other duties may be assigned.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED.
• Entry-level CSRs can start with no prior experience, especially if they have a degree
• 1 3 years of experience in a customer facing role

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

Schedule: Monday to Friday. 8:30am 5:00pm
