Total Hiring bonus $1,500.Shift & Working Hours: 1st shift, 6:30am-3:00pmJob Summary:In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. You will gain skills and experience of taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers. This will include operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product. Join our team to become part of a member-owned co-op that is Rooted In Tomorrow.The Production Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment to ensure safe, efficient manufacturing operations. This role manufactures products according to production specifications, quality standards, and production schedules while monitoring equipment performance and addressing processing issues. Responsibilities include moving and packaging raw materials and finished goods, inspecting product quality, identifying and correcting defects, maintaining accurate production records, and operating all assigned equipment and processes to support manufacturing goals.This role is part of our Purina Animal Nutrition business who serves producers and animal owners throughout the United States.
