Compensation: $18.00- $22.00 per hour – paid weekly

Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Thursday | 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Overtime on Fridays as needed)

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-time

About the Opportunity

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Welders for a manufacturing/fabrication company in Detroit Lakes, MN. In this role, you’ll perform MIG welding to produce high-quality metal components while working with a collaborative fabrication team. If you enjoy hands-on work, reading blueprints, and taking pride in craftsmanship, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!

What You’ll Do as a Welder:

• Perform MIG welding on fabricated metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Inspect welds to ensure quality meets specifications and standards
• Prepare materials and complete finishing work as needed
• Collaborate with the fabrication team to complete projects accurately and on schedule

What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:

• Previous MIG welding experience required
• TIG welding experience preferred or willingness to learn
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
